​I’m a Global Support & Customer Experience Operations leader with 20+ years of international experience building large service teams, redesigning workflows, and improving customer outcomes across the U.S., Europe, Turkey, and Asia.​
I’ve led Client Services, CX, Contact Center Operations, QA, Retention, and Fraud Prevention teams, overseeing 500+ employees globally and supporting large, high-volume customer populations. My work centers on creating structure, improving performance, and making operations easier, clearer, and more sustainable for both customers and teams.

I love bringing order to complexity, strengthening communication, and building systems that help people do their best work. My leadership style is grounded, collaborative, and focused on clarity combining analytics with genuine curiosity about people.
